Honking your car horn.

I can't stand seeing/hearing people honk their horns when they don't need to. The majority of people use it as some sort of replacement for "fuck you asshole" or "you aren't very good at driving" it should be used for "hey im going to run into you so move out of the way quick" or "ahhhhhhh!!!!" I honk the horn once and a while too but I give it two light taps on the steering wheel "toot toot" b/c I feel like its getting your point across without being angry "hey mister its just me" or "feel free to merge"

One time a bus honked at me and I thought it was because he was angry and wanted me to move faster and then a car ran me over. :( Damn horn confusion.

that bugs the shit out of me too. people on crowded downtown streets, honking like crazy. no one even knows who they are honking at. ridiculous.

Yeah, I'm not one to honk for no reason. It's just plain annoying to hafta listen to. Plus, I hafta push kinda hard to make mine work. I guess they figure people just part on the roadways when a Jetta comes thru.

lol always fun, or friendly honking/waving and thus getting a confused look out of them...
anyway, needless and excessive honking is horrible
