i'm absolutely a proponent of good customer service. And cursing out a customer is not something i do lightly. in fact i can only think of one other occasion that it's happened, in 12 years of business (it was a ticket customer that time too). I put up with a lot of bs from record buying customers too, but i never lose my cool with them. The fact was though, and you'd agree if you'd seen it happen, that this girl came in the shop with the intention of causing shit. Her issues obviously went above and beyond what she felt was inadequate customer service... her comments said to me that she'd felt mis-treated by a record store employee previously (bassix was mentioned in her ranting) and had cast an aspersion over all record store emplyees based on that. Plus she seemed insistant that us not answering her phone calls was the result of some plot directed at her, instead of simply the result of our phone line being over-run with PVD calls. In short, she was being a completely selfish & unreasonable bitch. As Auto guessed, my ticket service fees are NOT enough to put up with that type of shit! She's not a repeat customer, so fuck 'er. If I liked taking shit from people that much, i'd still be working at McDonalds.
