Hot Apt!!!!!

k so i just moved form my old apt because it was so hot i couldnt handle it...i have three long haired cats and they were panting everytime i came home.

so i get this new place and it is so hot!!!!!!!!!!!!
might be even hotter...im on the top floor (3rd floor) i have two fans going, a bamboo thing on the deck and it roasting every time i come home...any suggestions??? cause honestly i have the worst sleeps...tossing and turning and i cant handle it!!!! i was going to get an air conditioner but i think you have to get your window cut and i cant afford that...i was thinking bying like 5 more fans*************AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH***** **********HELP

air-con for the bedroom, $130

it you have a window that opens just throw a piece of plexi glass to cover the hole the the AC unit creates it is what I do works wonders when needed.

my best friends sold their last place (22nd floor) because it was sickly hot. soo gross. i hated staying over there on the summer. i feel your pain. thank god their new place is air-con! it seems like no matter how many fans you have...it never helps. the hot air just keeps circulating!

Thats really shitty tiff. I dont know if this will work for you but.. I put Thick black blankets/sheets/curtains over all the windows.. seriously makes my room sooo much cooler.. and I keep the fans going all night. And make sure you leave atleast one window open to let the air curculate ;D

You need to watch out, a lot of buildings have stupid rules about AC units and even fans in windows. :(
