Water, but it has nothing to do with peeing it out.
You get hangovers because you're dehydrated and there isn't enough liquid in your brain to properly allow your brain to function. So bam, headache. Drink lots of water before you go to sleep and you'll probably be okay.
A lot of people say to drink some caffeine first thing in the morning. This is a bad idea, as caffeine, like alcohol, is a diuretic and will simply soothe the pain momentarily and then just come right back with an even worse hangover. Same goes for drinking first thing the morning after. It'll temporarily solve your problem, but the hangover will be back in full force.
