well its hardly my responsibility to check if everyone is sick or not, if someone is sick, they should have the decency to not put thier lips on the doob, or warn ahead of time or something.

yes, they should, but unfortunately not everyone does. so sometimes if you don't want to be sick, it is up to you to check, or just not share.. especially during cold season!
