is it just on your face? if your body is affected, get some palmer's coca butter (it smells yummy too!) and moisturize straight out of the shower on skin that is still damp.
make sure you sleep with your bedroom window open! part of why winter does a number to our skin is because we're often stuck in dry indoor environments, especially with heating and the lack of outside humidity getting in with windows always shut. sometimes i even sleep with a humidifier on..which is scary because it's not as bad here dry wise as other places in the winter like calgary, but for some reason i'm extremely sensitive with just a slight difference in dryness outside. |

Myra, normally it is my body, and not my face, but this time it is my face.
I am going to try the sleeping with a glass of water thing. And if that doesn't work, I am going to get a humidifier. I currently sleep with three blankets, I freeze at night, so no open window for me! :( |

I dont like to get to technical with my skin, it only seems to get worse that way. I use the product that solves dry skin in the winter and peeling skin in the summer..2 words...BODY BUTTER. I love the body butters from the body shop, for me they work like a charm!
