a lot of buildings in the west end have bed bugs right now. if you have weird "bites", check the seams of your matresses and stuff. especially if your bf is getting them too, myra. my sisters just got rid of them at their place.

Myra, if your thingies come in groups of 3 (lines or triangles) then they're almost def. bedbugs.

A couple years ago my doctor said it was just that "when some people's skin gets dry, it just gets dry....but yours gets angry." Then he gave me some steroid cream, told me to drink more water, not take baths and only lukewarm showers.

But I still get it.

I was wondering if it may be related to stress/lifestyle factors too, cus the last couple years I have been much happier and taking better care of myself and while i still get it in the winter, its not nearly as severe.
I used to get that. Its worst in the winter. I switched to dove soap only, and use a exfoliating poof, and then dry well and moisturize with a body lotion that is good for sensitive skin (Ive had good luck with Olay Quench and Keri Fast Absorbing). I also heard that taking vit E can help... be sure to check that with a pharmacist tho, since I can't remember which for sure. Hope that helps!
