bed bugs?
It's a possibility. I had em in Australia and my boyfriend never got bitten but they drove me mental. If they're really itchy and in groups of 3, they probably are bedbugs. It also makes sense, because they become more active as the weather gets warmer. In which case, you're going to have to flea bomb your room several times and revarnish your bed if its wood. Maybe even get a new mattress. Those things are nearly impossible to kill. Here's hoping its just an allergic reaction, cus that's easier to deal with and less gross. :) |

My case doesn't have to do with weather or chemicals (i.e. detergent, etc.) As for your wrist, your watch my be on too tight, hence the sweat glands are locked in not being able to breathe thus damaging the layer of skin underneath it. Try loosening the watch and take it off and clean the skin whenever the watch is not necessarily needed (i.e. at home). |

Here are some suggestions: 1. Healing from inside: Take Psoriaid Tablets to clean the toxins inside your body to get rid of your psoriasis. It also helps improve your immune system to prevent your psoriasis from coming back. 2. Control from outside: Dead Sea Salt baths helps to restore minerals to your skin. It can help heal damaged skin barrier caused by psoriasis or improper topical treatment. 3. Diet restriction: To avoid the aggravation of your psoriasis, you need to eliminate certain food, which might generate toxins inside your body. These foods include alcohol, coffee, spicy food, shellfish, tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and red meats. 4. Stress management: Try to reduce your stress level by doing exercise; having enough sleep, etc. I've started oatmeal baths and that helps a lot too. It's fantastic! |
