Ups
So I bought something when I was in the states where the artwork had to be custom done so I had to have it shipped. The item (which was a hat), cost me $40US.
The UPS guy comes to the door last night, and they're trying to charge me an extra $57 in fees!! You have to be fucking joking me! It was only shipped from Washington state for christ sake! UPS thinks they can get away with charging these ridiculous feesbecause they bring it to the door and put you on the spot to shell out the dough to get your item. There is absolutely no way I'm going to pay for that when USPS (United States Postal Service) doesn't charge a penny most of the time. And if they do, it a $10 brokerage fee, big deal. So fuck them, I told the guy to send it back and emailed the seller to let him know it needed to be shipped USPS. But what a load of crap!! Now I have to wait again for my hat! that´s crazy...
I remember sending some documents and credit cards from italy to van, it was very important so we payed 120 euros ( 180 cad) for a little envelope and instead of 24 hours it came after 2 days. Fucking company.

i totally boycott UPS i bought a pair of shoes on ebay for about US$50 (onitsuka tigers), so i get home and find they have been delivered- with no tag for COD or nothing, just like a normal mail delivery then a couple weeks later i receive a letter from UPS saying i owe them $57 for cash on delivery and related charges (more than i paid for the item) firstly i don't know why the delivered it if they want cod and i'm not home...i was so choked, cos if i'd known i totally wouldn't have accepted them i would have sent them back so i ignored it, and then i started getting collections notices and crap i was so pissed, i will never use ups their brokerage fees and stuff can kiss my ass :) /rant so i totally agree with you honey - we'll get your hat, don't worry!!

I hate UPS with a passion too. :(
I've ordered a bunch of stuff from the states, and I'm always forced to use UPS. Twice I've missed deliveries because the stupid guy wouldn't ring the doorbell (I can't hear knocking downstairs.) so he knocks, leaves the missed attempt sticker, and leaves. Then we start with the fees. My last package, I owed them $67, which is BS. The one before it, they said I owed $3.20, so I paid it, and a week later receive a letter from a collections agency saying I owe UPS another 30 something dollars.

The only thing I hate about UPS is all the damn little rules and extra shit we have to do when loading their Aircraft. SOOOO ANAL. Can't we jeopardize some safety in the name of efficiency?! C'MON! WE CAN ALWAYS HIRE REPLACEMENTS!!!
