Having to fire an employee.....
I am currently training my replacement with my co-worker...

And the replacement that we have been sent by our in-house temp agency seems to be a little less than up to snuff. She is insolent, sullen and just has plain bad attitude.

She is a nice girl.....just seems to not agree with training, and it is our feedback which will have her let go tomorrow.

It's probably all for the best. Everyone is well suited to some kind of work, sometimes that work just isn't very flattering.

I've had the pleasure of firing some really terrible employees before ("it's not us, it's you") and much like Natalie and Jay I can honestly say that I totally enjoyed every minute of it ...does that make me a sadist?
