Did you know.... ?
Ok so you post something that you know big companies do fucking us over and making more money...
My dentist told me, tooth brush companies are developing bigger and larger tooth brushes, so there is more space for toothpaste on them, and that´s how they are making more money. too much toothpaste is not good for our teeth and those big brushes are not good either because they don´t clean well, but the companies don´t give a fuck... they just want more paste on the brush. my advice: get a smaller one, it will take a bit more to brush all your teeth well, but in a long period of time it will be worth it! got any other stuff like this ? |

^oh nice one
most of you have probably heard this one.. when u go to mcdonalds and you see the label on the burgers: 100% REAL BEEF.. "100% REAL" is the name of the company they get their beef from. its not actually 100% beef. theres all kinds of filler in there, for example cardboard. |

^Something about that strikes me as urban-myth-ish... Probably stemming from the fact that many leather products branded "Genuine Leather" are made from fake leather supplied by a company called "Genuine Leather".
(PS: how do you spin without headphones? is it standard break-float mixing, or is there some other mysterious way you do it? :P) |

There's a hundred variations of this.. (ie: they use cardboard/worms/bugs/etc as filler) McDonalds ain't good for you, but this myth is bunk. This is just like that KFC myth a while back. Some stupid reporter for the Vancouver Sun even ran an article about how KFC used genetically engineered, featherless chickens that were easy to process... Needless to say, the bitch had to retract the report. (seems like people just don't want to take the 3 minutes to do some research before making themselves look like idiots) Last edited by Billy Shears; Aug 05, 06 at 05:31 PM. |

that's weird. doesn't it say on toothpaste that you're only supposed to use a pea-sized amount anyways? |
