Although I don't do the Ramp for Air Canada, I have handled Musical Instruments before. In fact I loaded a Guitar or Ukelele or whatever... something stringed tonight. We try, but shit shifts in Flight. I'd be curious to see what kind of Case it was packed in. Not excusing this from happening but really People... honestly, if you have something fragile that you have to check in. Pack it as if it was your Child. Shit happens.
