What is it about that sample that's money? Every song I hear which uses the old "We are controlling transmission." from the Outer Limits series is just awesome!

Astral Projection - We Are Controlling Transmission
Nearly anything A.P. do is gold but this track stands out even amongst the rest of them.

Final Fantasy/Komakino - Controlling Transmission
A classic trance tune so good it even got a 2001 remake!

Snap! - EX-Terminator
An instrumental trance tune, one of the best on the album it was released on.

These are just a few instances. There's tons more out there. Anyone else find this pattern to hold true?

on my reactivate 16 it says

They're both called that. "Mars needs women" is also an often used sample.
