This album is supposed to be stuff between his "All Eyez On Me" and "Makavelli" albums. So this is the peak of tupac's career.

Anyways, his mother has decided to possibly threaten her sons legacy by adding new artists to his tracks. Artists like Mya, Trick Daddy and one of tupac's enemies Nas. Rumour is Jay-Z could be even on it.

I am a die hard fan and I find this horrible. Tupac always had a beef against Nas & Jay-Z and he even took this to his grave. How is it possible that a label could end this by doing a colabration with one of tupac's enemies.

Nas & Jigga are great artists, but the idea of seeing them rap on a track with tupac just sickens me.

I can't say I agree with you K-Pryde. I think it's quite disrespectful of Pac's mother to be going against her son's wishes. His beef with Nas and Jay-Z went pretty deep...when it comes to this one, there's a lot more involved than whether the music is good or not.

I'm not saying that I agree with this, cause I don't. I mean, to me, a good track is a good track. But I'm just referring to the respect that Pac deserves, especially from his own mother. He obviously wouldn't hear of such a thing if he were still alive.

I'm also a big Pac fan, All Eyez On Me is one of the best cds ever made. All the songs on 'Until The End Of Time' were just Makaveli 2-8 songs with remixed beats. Makaveli 2-8 are all underground records with all those songs and the exact same lyrics but just the original beats. This guy I know who does a whole shitload of research on upcomming tracks or cds gets a lot of info off of sources he has in the states, he knows a lot of shit about whats going on and Pac still has so much more shit down there waiting to be released.

I also don't agree with Jay-Z and Nas being added to tracks, these 2 were enemies of Pac and he would have never even thought of something like that. Yet rappers like Jay-Z and Nas still give mad props to Pac and shout outs or use his name in their rhymes, claim to be Thug Life or even claiming to be the next Pac after Pac dissed to shit outta them many times. He hated them deeply, and it wasn't just for a rap spotlight either, it was no joke, it was all serious with him.

*agree with Guice about All Eyez On Me*

I had the CDs in my backpack, and one of them fell out of the case...with my luck, my nailpolish remover leaked and plastered my Geography notes to it. I just replaced it about a month ago, and it's back in the blaster on repeat. :)

Its not disrespectful!
There all members of the same game "Rap Music"!
If Jigga or Nas died & Pac was alive & if Pac was given the oppurtunity to be on one of there albums I guarntee you this would be a honour for him, & the same as them!
The beef between the rappers wasnt taken to the grave, I dont even think 2-Pac even took it seriously in real person, it was more of a Im better than you thing, 2-Pac may have dramatised his beef with them in his music, but heh thats what the public liked, so thats what pushed that paper in his pocket, that was one of the things he was known for," a cocky mother fucker" & thats one of the reasons we love him!
I think it'll be a good idea!

Have any of you heard the new Jay-Z album? He says good things about pac in a few songs, & same with Nas cd "Stillmatic"
Pac would of done the same thing if it was the other way around

you both have good points. I think wut it boiled downto was that Pac's mom was obviously aware of the beefs but because Jigga and Nas are so fucking hot rite now that she knew she'd make more money off the album with them doin verses on it. I guess Pac's mom is MOB in her own way,(money over beef) LOL :tounge1:

^I dont think its about the money at all! Pacs mom has better things to think of other than paper! Its about dropping a BOMB album! No one wants 2-Pac to be forgotten & with guest apperances of 2 of the best right now, it will give more gurantee for a hot release!
2-Pac Nas & Jay-Z are (arguabley) the Best!

Just to let you know, Jay-Z is NOT on the album, but Nas is on the accoustic remix of Thug Mansion.

Artists like Mya, Tyrese and Trick Daddy guest on a few tracks.

The intro says it best : It's interesting how the message in these songs are still relavate today. Even in his death he's still touching people with his lyrics.

The album is very good, nothing like All Eyez on Me, but close to its calibre. Standout tracks like Still Ballin, Changed Man, Mama's Just A Little Girl, Never Call U Bitch Again (w. Tyrese), This Life I Lead & Catchin Feelin'.

For all you true tupac fans, you will notice that a few songs are just vocals layed over a new beat. Kinda lame I think, but Afenfi got put some filler in I suppose.

2pac was one of the best. R.I.P. Tupac Shakur.

to be honest i'm not sure whats really is going on with this issue in terms of jayz and nas with regards to their conflict with tupac .... politics behind a huge music industry like the rap industry doesnt interest me since it involves unnecessary drama that puts a bad vibe on the music. i'll enjoy whatever sounds good. people will diss dre because hes as mainstream as it gets but thats because hes fuckin awesome. i dont care if he had a lil argument with 2pac and the rest of death row.... he makes amazing music and i respect him for that full stop.

nas and jay z are VERY talented mcs. i was fortunate to see jayz at the hard knock tour 3-4 years ago... absolutly mindblowing rapper. nas i've been a fan for years.. illimatic and it was written are classic cds... i havent kept up with him since nas is like so im not too sure what hes been up to since then but my point? i have no problem with whatever sounds good. the drama in the music industry is pointless and the value of music has been diminishing because of it. why attack talent because of drama when theres alot of fools like britney spears being such a huge influence on the music industry? =)

but i havent heard the cd so i'll decide what i think after i hear it. =)

Thats exactly what Until The End of Time was, just Makaveli 2-8 lyrics over new beats, with the exception of 2 songs I think.
