Hey thought some here would be interested in this.

Kitsune Records and Thieves Like Us are proud to announce the official ‘Drugs In My Body’ remix contest!

Since everyone can be a producer in their bedroom (and most people these days seem to be), Kitsune is on the right track looking for submissions from the undiscovered ‘next big thing.’

The winner will have the track released digitally! Here’s your ‘in’ to Kitsune….

ya im looking for the original and i cant find it lol

all it took for me was to youtube search the song in question....

but isn't the idea of a remix to give it a different style? who cares what the original is like...it'd almost be better to NOT hear the original song and give'r with the samples (22 files worth).

was there only the one zipfile? I'd much rather work with samples cut down to just the sample...not having the 2:45 track split into 22 2:45 files with each file as an instrument layer...

ive done it before where there's been the whole track layered, or samples cut down to size.

upon looking further, one of the samples IS cut down, other ones are around 2:54, and others are 3:something. there's no continuity....fuck.

i think what mr revolver is saying is that production doesn't deliver the 'fun' it used to, given all the gear in storage.

yeh the accent that trails away from the E is always "eh" while if it is trailing back into the word it's an abrupt stop in the pronunciation. At least from what i know.
