Warped Vinyl

I know this thread was done before, but who has ACTUALLY fixed a warped record. I've heard lots of "theories" on proper techniques, who's actually fixed some rekkids??

Also, any way of fixing scratches??? I just bought some shit off ebay and 1 track si fuckin gwarped to shit and another scrathed to shit. I'm fuckin pissed off, i've received credit to get more records off the guy, but still I'd like to fix the ones i have.

man i tried using a recycling box and about half my records got warped

so i put the whole stack between two boards, and put some phone books on em

they are fine now

for scratches im not sure how good it works or if it does at all but theres this stuff called gruv glide

^gruv glode will clean your records, make em sound better and might fix small scratches, but if your records really messed up scratchwise, theres nothing u can do.

Is "groove glide" related to astro-glide? That shit works wonders.

i volunteered at this spring carnival once at an elementary school for school work experience and where i was working at a craft station they had warped vinyl to the max...the lady said she put the old recors in the oven and took them out while they were hot, put them in a bowl and shaped them all cool..they were used as bowls...and they were SOOOOOOO cool...i wanna do that
but towards fixing warped vinyl...nope...never had! :hehe:
