I've heard a few Paul van Dyk livesets where he has flawless mixing for 3-4 hours, and other sets where he's always making slight noticeable corrections.

When you're there partying, it doesn't matter unless there are some badly out of sync beats going on. Even if you're a great DJ not EVERY single mix is ever going to be absolutely perfect. Personally, as long as the flow is good and there are no big errors I couldn't really care less.
