That extra mid range knob makes a whole WORLD of difference when it comes to making cleaner mixes! It's all about the EQ;) |

true that! I haven't used the 92 rotary mixer but the 92 I have a vestax 46mkii Rotary and love the feel of it. The 92 s at the lotus and sonar are always a pleasure to play on :) |

decypher: yeah i use the 002r. the controller on the 002 only controls PT and nuttin eles. So i opted for the mackie controll wich can be used with every application out there. funny though cause i dont use anythin other then PT.
the berigner truths are the best monitors to buy under a grand...bar none. they are basically a copy of the mackie hr line and offer the same amount of freq. crossovers. so you can really sculpt the sound according to your room(reading this krusha?). In comparison to the mackie hr's, the behringers fall short abit in the low end. i think anybody would agree with that. I had enuff at the time for the mackies but COULD NOT justify the differnce of the price/perfomance ratio. with the money i saved i was able to get a dope pre-amp wich i actually ended up selling..... last two weeks ive been getting alot of work doing rock mixes. the stuff i do on the truths translate pretty well to all systems ive referenced...you just have to know your room and your monitors. |
