Well, on Wednesday I'm gonna be missing out on the mayhem of the Lotus as I shall be in Victoria enjoying the sound stylings of KMFDM at Legend's.

So, who here's a fan?

My personal favourite songs are WWIII, Naive, Juke Joint Jezebel, Die Now Live Later, just to name a few...

And, as a thought, who here is gonna be going to the Vic show? What about the Van show at Sonar.... Thursday I think?

I've been a KMFDM fan since UAIOE. I think I'll be coming over to the island to see them with Gnu151. :)

I'm going with a good number of my friends to the Sonar show. KMFDM kicks ass... I've been a fan since Adios.

Best tracks have got to be: D.I.Y., Anarchy, Brute, A Drug Against War, Juke Joint Jezebel, and Megalomaniac!

The new stuff is ok, but I prefer the old.... nevertheless this show is going to kick ass!! I've seen them in Seattle before and it was intense...

What is this? Industrial come back? First Ministry is coming to town, and now these guys?

Kinda cool though... I miss the Industrial era... would be cool to have a mini come-back :-) Now we just need some cool industrial clubs. Wait! I think the Sanctuary Crew are doing a new weekend Insutrial/Goth night in Vancouver (I think it was every other Friday at Club 7, but they moved it elsewhere, to Sundays @ Sonar I think)...

Eeb: I expect your presence at the Lotus Wednesdays soon! (damn it, we need a cool name for that night) AND we gotta do Le Tigre/Larry Tee! Let's sort that out and get tix which is on Tuesday, Nov. 23.

Farshad, I believe that's who is bringing them in.

I wish I had tickets to the show at sonar, but I was too lazy to get off my duff to get any.

Yeah, I've been noticing a resurgence in Industrial lately... Anybody know if Snog or Wumpscut are gonna come to town anytime soon? I would pay a pretty penny to see either of those acts...

Well, weekend is here (in my frame of perspective at least), so tonight is Mushrooms and Shark's Tale, tomorrow is KMFDM....

I've been can't-waiting for this concert for about a month now...

speaking of Industrial and Madonna covers, who remembers BiGod20? They were another one of those bands from the Industrial era and put out a single which had a cover of Like a Prayer on the b-side... i was thinking of playing that at the club tonight! hehehehehee...

I have this CD which is full of covers of pop hits by Industrial bands... I think is is called Suck on This. Got it back in the day... SOOO GOOD! :-)

Crazy fucking show. The opening act blew. Jump-Up Jungle. I hate laptop musicians and I hate MCs. The guy tried to industrialize it a bit, but everything about this duo screamed Sellout.

KMFDM rocked the house though. God is Lucia Cifarelli fucking hot.

Crazy ass moshing a-going on. Fucking incredible times. My feet hurt and I have a headache, my ears are still ringing. WWIII and From Here On Out ringing in my head ever since.

Hope you guys have a lot of fun at Sonar tonight...
