This was a thinker, but I came up with my favorites

Flow: Mc Solaar. Fuck this guy is smooth like buddah, bonus, he rhymes if french!

Mind/Spirit: Guru

Others: U God (fucking crazy rhymes, excellent flow), ghostface killah, Aceyalone, slick rick...

there's so many more to list. arrragah!
