STARS - Heart

Stars is a band out of Toronto who have a very distinct Postal Service/Death Cab sound. Their album Heart is absolutely amazing!!!!

I don't know how many people have heard of them but I fully recommend them to anyone who digs that down tempo/pop sort of sound. I have it myself if anyone wants it.... just drop me a message and I can send it to you. :)

Yeah I have.... I really enjoy their stuff. :)

A few more bands I've been really digging as of late are Ambulance, The Departure, and Louis XIV... all very worth checking out too!

I got the stars album at the station when it first came out. SO good. SO good that we added two of the songs into our playlist.

Ambulance have been around for about a year now hey? I've had that album for awhile, but I've found that I have too many cds and not enough time to listen to them.

As far as I know Ambulance only has a couple of ep's or something... if they have a full album i want it!!!

Stars latest album is "Set Yourself on Fire". "Heart" was their previous LP I believe. Only heard a couple of songs off Heart, but I have all of SYOF and it's fucking amazing. Haven't been this excited about an indie-pop band since New Pornographers.
