Well its not hard to just record what you hear

DRM can be circumvented just about whenever.

If I can make it output through a sound card, I can make it grab it into a .wav file. From there, encoding is a breeze.

I have an Audigy so i can just set my Record to "What you hear" lol...i just make sure nothing else is open that makes noise
