Maybe not Happy Hardcore, but I enjoy some Freeform once in awhile... Open your eyes, Hardcore has different parts like DnB/Jungle have different parts. Ragga, Neurofunk etc..

Your not being called a homo. Your being called a moron and an asshole. This thread is nothing more than a personal attack on me because you got pissed off about a thread I shut down earlier for you acting like a jerk there too.

It's sad that you are trying to involved in the scene musically yet are so ignorant to the types of music which make up the scene. I play happy hardcore, it's what I started as, but I try to limit myself to one music. By declaring yourself a junglist and starting a whole thread aimed at blasting the type of music your don't find your cup of tea is rather silly.

There are a lot of jungle producers who occasionaly produce happy hardcore tracks and vice versa. You should take a lesson from these people and try to approch things with an open mind.

I was never really a fan of jump up jungle, but I still find myself tapping my feet to some tracks, likewise for every genre, from country - Electro.

Yes, I'm sure you could go off about how many parties you've been to and how many records you own, and all manner of things. But if I were you, I wouldn't. It would not impress me if you've been going to raves for 5 years, and spent those 5 years refusesing to enjoy all the great music that is out there because it dosen't fall in the limited genre that you've defined for yourself.

However, good luck in the future with your djing, and if your looking for some happy hardcore you might enjoy, check out "sy & unknown, you might dig it, it's like jungle, but with a 4/4 beat.

This thread would look nicer in the Toilet Bowl cause it's total trash.
so what is your point with the BPM... DNB has various areas of sound with production quality far surpassing anything made in the HH genre. Your point is irrelevent.

So you're saying... you're a fake?

Yeah.. Cause everyone who spins jungle is immediatly a junglist.

I have jungle but Im not a junglist.

You just got into dnb/jungle cause your friends do it.. I bet in three months, you'll be posting your turntables on the classified ads.

Junglists = surrey.

HHC gives ravers a bad name?

The name "rave" comes from a style of music pretty directly related to HHC.

HHC doesn't give ravers a bad name. It practically defined the subculture.

For some interesting takes on where the music came from, check into the "Toybox" subgenre. Stuff like Prodigy's Charly or Sesame's Treat or whatnot.

(Psst. It's the same place DnB came from. No shit!)

House at 140? I play house and it's mostly 126-130bpm, am I a homo now?

I've heard plenty of good hardcore over the last five years I don't deny that there are good Dnb tracks.

I remember when I started to really dislike dnb/jungle because so many "junglists" kept putting down the music I loved... totally ruined it for me at the time... I've finally given the genre the benifit of the doubt now, but shit... what pisses me off is that so many of these types feel the need to flame every other genre but man, god forbid someone talks shit about their's...

and man, I remember that "fuck jungle" post I did on ED... what a shit storm of hate that became...
