Cubase Question

I'm trying to install the Waves plugin for cubase.. I install it in the vst plugins folder, seems to go fine, then when I start up the app it says "cannot open waves, waves.DLL was not found" .. i see the file in the waves folder, but is it supposed to be somewhere else? I'm confused , anyone have this problem before?

It should be on the installation disc if you downloaded the ISO, browse the install folder, it might be in there...

sub tone should be built right in, look for something called a tone generator, we have it in Pro Tools but Cubase should have it too.

Just use an ADSR filter....use a peak notch EQ set at 4-50HZ w/ a QUE which works with the original sample, and there's your sub hit. =) a Jazz Kick normally works really well in this scenario, engineering trick I use all the time.
