Ragga/Tech D&B Question, Please help!

ok, i'll concede the point that you are discussing ragga core, which is close to what he was describing. you still have no right to say "fuck all those suggestions above".

Nope. DnB ... raggacore , breakcore, whatever has EVERYTHING to do with DnB. It crosses over in other ways too. In all respects to the earlier suggestions in the thread, there is a difference, sometimes a huge difference in the crowds/tastes who do listen to ragga SPECIFIC breaks, and the "real shit" is happening there too. That's what I'm talking about. And yeah, you do hear "ragga techstep dnb " outside of the usual sources. Hence my suggestions.

i think maybe you are too used to the anonymity of the media (msg boards, radio) not even sure if you have aspirations to be booked as a dj/artist or whatever, but things like what you post here, can affect your future you know.

Internet drama at its finest people.....
You can't judge anyone by the shit they say on a message board or even the way they look. Someone can "look" like there a nice person but only to be the opposite. Someone's style and/or taste of music/etc still won't tell you what that person is about. Perfect example is Dr Doom, when you look at him you wouldn't even dare to think as to the stuff he spins. Until you've witness his murderous hardcore/visual sets you'd least expect it. But yet who am I to judge?.

Another example is the owner of a well known garage that customizes cars right to the tits. Been featured in mutiple magazines and what not. You look at him and you think this guy is going to sound serious and stuff. The fact is is that the guy has such a high pitch voice that breaks often you want to laugh in his face but again who am I to judge???? I "thought" he would have a deeper voice and be a serious talker selling his product in absolute confidence.

And as per someone's rep on a message board and how it affects bookings..... If a promoter is to judge someone when they haven't even talked to the person face to face and just assumes there an idiot, then personally I think that that promoter would have the largest swollen thumb up there ass and maybe they want to take the venue elsewhere cause there would be no respect at all.
