What are some sites that would allow me to download high-quality tracks at a low price. Also allowing transaction through paypal. Thanks.

soulseek is free.. or you can pay like 5 bucks a month so you can download before the users that didnt pay anything

Try Napster... I saw an ad that says unlimited Downloads for $15/mo. Now THAT is the right idea.

Probably not anything that people like us are looking for. Sure, I bet there's Dillinja but I doubt I'd find anything by Black Sun Empire etc. Heck, most EDM probably isn't represented on there.
