I thought you can retrieve all lost data if your fork out about 500$ and send your crashed hard-drive to the right people? We had this happen to us before.. but we didn't have the extra cash to spend.. we lost quite a bit of material.. but thankgod we didnt fancy the tunes anymore, so we didnt care all that much!
