Best current Speed Garage / Bassline House (as its commonly known in the UK now) producers I reckon are Mark Howarth, Danny Wynn, DJ Birdie, DJ Kor.

But personally, the older stuff is miles better than 90% of the new stuff.

187 lockdown have to be the most over-rated, shittiest speed garage artists of all time. their music is a complete deviation from the true origins of speed garage, there's none of the clocked up proper garage accapellas of early speed garage but rather just stupid "criminal" samples that betray garage's true roots.

Czech has to be the greatest speed garage DJ in Western Canada. I have an ancient mixtape of him garaging it and honestly no other SG mix I have ever heard can really compare. I'll throw it on the stereo even today and people unfamiliar with the music will inevitably end up asking what they heck that crazy sound is. wicked shit.
