Plastic Motive
At the age of 26, Jeff Harris aka PlasticMotive has run 3 different production companies (Sourkee, NeXstep, B.B.C.), as well as two very successful weekly events (Re-Form and Funk’N Fridaze), and has played a major role in the Toronto underground electronic music scene ever since. Jeff began spinning in 1998 and landed his first gig in little under a year, for a charity event called Bite The Bullet. He has held down DJ residency spots with 8 additional companies (Nightmare, Goodfellaz, Bekkaboo, BetterThan, Funkadelic, ONdaFLY, Embryon, and Impure) in the Southern Ontario area. He describes his style as ‘impeccably unique’ as he always strives to stay ahead of the game with his sound. It’s for this reason he is now entertaining international inquiries from all over the world. He plays hard. He plays funky. He’ll make you freak on the dance floor like you’ve never freaked before!! Breaks, beats, and heavy bass are at the top of the menu when this man comes to town, and he’ll serve it to you Red Hot! Get ready to ROCK!!!

Since about 2000 "Happy Hardcore" hasn't been produced anymore. It's just faster trance now called "Hardcore".
But I guess its not House or Breaks still, so I guess it's gay
