changing mix bit rate

hoping someone out there can help me...

I'm wondering how (if it's possible) I can change my mix set I have on my computer from 128 kbps to 160 kbps? Can it be done, and if so... how?

Thanks :259:

If you saved the original project file from whatever program you used to record it, you can just re-export it at a higher bitrate..... if you didnt save it, Im afraid you're SOL. :/
