It's "Oizo", not "Ozio". It is a funky misspelling of "Monsieur Oiseau", pronounced "mis-yeuh wah-zoh", french for "Mr. Bird".

Except it would be "mister" not "monsieur" because that's denoted with M., not Mr.

But I was listining to Mr.Ozio before hand, so it was nice to see him get some much needed recognition!
