Actually it’s the opinion of a scholar of who has done research and got his work published in an academically peer-reviewed magazine. Other people say this too, but I get the feeling you wouldn’t be too receptive towards that. Again, you’re deluding yourself. There are huge pockets of ethnic groups in the lower mainland where white people do not live. Chinatown, Richmond, vast blocks in Surrey where only East Indian people live. It’s the same story in Markham in the Greater Toronto area which is even more Chinese than Richmond.

^For you, it may be hard to grab the concept of what, first of all, what the word "rule" means...so let me grab your Webster dictionary and AHEM! read the definition for you:
-A generalized statement that describes what is true in most or all cases
ex)In this office, hard work is the rule, not the exception.
It’s only not considered a “rule” because it’s not 100% PC. Here’s another article, published from the University of Berkeley which reiterates my point:

White Flight: The Effect of Minority Presence on Post World War II Suburbanization

^Think about this for instance. Seeing as you still need to grow up and figure out how the world turns, I would honestly say that if the property value of an area was feesable to buy, than I would go ahead and move there as an investment purpose. If I wanted to sell my place to a person who offers a relatively comprehensive price of purchase for my investment, then I would sell my investment to the higher bidder(should there be any counter-offers to the first bid). So I could honestly say, for example, I would buy a place in Richmond whether it is a mostly asian community or not. Would I live there? Maybe if I wanted to. What is the better choice? The choice I would make is to rent the property off so that the tenant pays off my mortgage on the investment. And then I use my other monies to buy another lot somewhere else.
You’re speaking from an investment perspective. No matter how you spin it, no one wants to be a minority in their own neighborhood, community, city, or country. Why else do you think we have the various Cultural Centers? It’s only natural for people to gravitate towards people like themselves, and to be repelled when they are perceived to be a foreigner. Once again, there are hardly any white people in Richmond.

Yes, and the situation has only gotten worse. Canada lets in more then 250,000 immigrants ever year, the vast majority of them non-white, and they aren’t settling the Prairies. Rather they concentrate in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal and all kinds of tax-funded ‘Multi-Cultural’ programs spring up in their wake. Hell, I remember taking my driving test and the thing was presented in 6 different languages. What do you call that shit?

More latte for me. Then I would walk accross the street and buy dollar tacos. Truly, it was a utopia.
