I don't think she was complaining about her friends, that thread she made was directed at people calling in regards to her job. Maybe you should read a little more closely before you go trying to say shit.

And i don't think it was so much the crowds she was bitching about but more the people in the crowds who were inconsiderate of all the other's and doing thing's to hold up the line.
