Everyone knows people who are underage will come anyways. Correct me if I am wrong but as far as I know Tribeca isn't a night club...

Regis (owner) made it clear to me it was a 19+ event. I know alot of young ones seem to get away with this as there usualy isnt any ID'ing at the door, but it is illegal for minors to be there and the place could get fined or posibly shut down if cought.

Please be sure to bring two pieces of ID if you want to be served liquor. Regis or any of his staff not only have the right to ask you for it, but can also remove you from the premisis if you choose not to present it.

Technically the place is a restaurant and therefore is all ages BUT, when liquor is around, you better damn well be sure you have ID.

Just to add, you should not be bringing your own alcohol and drinking inside/near Tribeca, especially underage. I've noticed a lot of people doing this and you may think you're being sneaky, but you're not. It would be very difficult for Regis to prove that he did not serve it to you, and would most likely still be fined.

Well said Lauren. Have some tact IE: don't drink out in front of Tribeca... that's just stupid. Obviously we can't stop you from drinking with your friends, just don't do it near, beside or in-front of Tribeca!

19+ if you want to buy booze then. Because I'm pretty sure people that are under 19 are allowed to be there, even if there is alcohol. I mean, I understand the fact that no one under legal age should be drinking, but its not illegal for them to be there. Restaurants were for the general public last time i checked.

As I said above in my post... It's a restaurant so you're right, all ages is aloud in however...

Having said that, Regis has the right to refuse service from whoever he wants. He also has the right to remove anyone from the venue he suspects they are underage and drinking or causing problems.

Anyway... the bottom line.. use common sense. Respect the venue, respect Regis and all will be good!
