Kraig made an excelent point. Tribecca is a lounge/resturant. So in a way you are aloud there if under age. However Alcohol is beign served and Regis asked me to tell you kids... 19+... especialy if your dirnking!

i know i did.. what makes you think its not gonna happen here?

cops walk in and catch underage drinkers.. they're not going to ask any questions. they're going to slap regis with a heafty fine.
