I just found out from a modeling aquaintance of mine that she is now starring in a WEEKLY Burlesque night at The Showroom Cabaret. Not only is it extremely rad that Vancouver now has a regular burlesque show, but she's open to maybe letting me perform with her as well. Now I just have to prove to my parents that Burlesque isn't as demeaning and immoral as they seem to think it is (and was at one point). Boo to my parents being stuck in the 50's.

Just be sure to show up around 10, because the show starts at 10:30 and tickets are going to go fast for sure.

Thanks Salima, and I better see you there Amanda and Sue!! I'm driving if I can get my uncles car, just in case the show goes later than the skytrain or its way too busy from the fireworks. So if you need a ride home I can fit you guys in on the way home.
