Why Thursday? Because that is when he was available. Period. And he is playing 3 hours on a long weekend ..........sometimes you can't just call up your fave dj/performer and tell them, hey come play at my party/club/birthday/dad's bbq but i need you for this date.
A guy like Chris who is super busy and booked for most of that weekend only had specific dates available. I agree a friday would be better but also more expensive, and so my tickets would start at $22.00 and be $30.00 the week of and $35.00 at the door..............and then I'd be hearing @#$#@%^@@@@!!!!!!!!!! SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!! Lol Sorry kids. It's $15.00 presale and $20.00 at the door, a three hour set from one of the world's leading techno dons, a wicked intimate vibe and yes all on a thursday. it willl be good times. you can count on that... Tickets are in stores ( Boomtown, On Deck and Bassix) I'd suggest you get them right quick... I have a feeling they will go fast.

Talked to Chris today and he is super stoked for this show...........as am I ....I will save the usual, "buy your tickets early" spiel because it is really wasted typeface.
BUT.......... If you're smart you'll have a ticket before the day of the show. :D :D :D :D
