I don't think i wish to be a part of this project anymore, and I couldn't agree more with what Automatic said...
these guys have no clue what they're doing... i'm out of this whole *sensation white* thing... when i was making the thread even, i knew i was gonna get shit for the name... such a waste of time *shakes head* I appologize for wasting everyone's time on this board with this ridiculous thread. |

That's you (and believe me not in a cool kinda way):
Jerk is sarcastic, mean, unforgiving and never misses an opportunity to make a cutting remark. Jerk's repulsive personality quickly alienates other Warriors, and after some initial skirmishing he is usually ostracized. Still, Jerk is very happy to participate in electronic forums because in cyberspace he is free to be himself...without the risk of getting a real-time punch in the mouth |

1- Great to see people putting effort into their shows/endevour, lots of new promoters have popped up over the past year 2- Some nice flyers out there right now 3- Clubs are often owned by some odd characters, who usually don't really care about any electronic scene or events 4- Club managers / staff/ door men don't like it when you promote for something else in their establishment 5- I'm seeing way too many people are leaving their flyers inside of clubs over the past year. This applies to my events and most people's, and applies mainly to the new promoters coming out of the party scene. 6- After talking to several other club promoters, they are amazed that no one ever has the courtesy to ask if can flyer inside, they just leave their junk all over 7- If anyone gets caught flyering inside of one of my events, you will be escorted out, and most likely banned from the establishment Sorry to bring this up, but the party scene seems to be brewing this feeling that they can do whatever they want, whever they want. You will never seen any of the current club promoters flyering inside other people's clubs, and I would hope most of the new promoters can follow this as well http://www.fnk.ca/board/showthread.php?t=63323 |

current promoters have busted thier asses for a long time developing the scene and pushing new things (ph1, auto, club, blueprint, twisted, etc etc) and for these guys to come in with such a shitty approach is anything but "good for the scene".....they really do deserve the bashing....you should see what clubvibes.com is saying.... these guys asked for it :( |

You really think you're that important??? I've been working in the night club industry for over 4 years now. Let me tell you something, you hardly make a difference. |

The main point that's being splayed all over here is that these guys are acting all WHP now. Coming it, telling us that we're gonna be shown how it's done, then they show up with some T-dot name few out here seem to have heard of. These surprize UK DJS!!!1 are seemingly more pointless vaporware from the minds that brought us Evil Dead 4 and Duke Nukem Forever. And the bullshit hype just hurts. Frankly, I avoid parties that spend 4 page flyers telling you how dope the party's gonna be no less. Anyone remember the flyer rule? Gong Show I never saw a flyer for, I was invited by a friend. Shambhala I was invited by a friend who gave me a ride. Beep I was gonna be in town for the weekend and asked my friends "What's going on this weekend?" and they pointed me in that direction. In fact, every party I went to last year I went to without actually even seeing a flyer for it. Except for maybe Anza Love NYE. Get off your high horse. They call them "flyer 'ho's" for a reason. |

hey lay off of eurodollar, why are you all getting down on him just because he's in essence an enthusiastic young kid who likes helping out other people's events by doing some posting and selling tickets and hyping things up? i mean, i've never really seen him spamming on here or anything, and he's at least smart enough to see that what he probably thought would be a good show here is looking kind of wack so he's bailed and distanced himself...
and yes, while any ONE kid like him is somewhat disposable, if it weren't for the collective presence of kids like him our scene would suck. |
