where?

Just 40 minutes from our city limits is the beautiful Stawamas Chief Provincial Park. Head west onTrans Canada Hwy towards Horseshoe Bay. Right before the ferry terminal take Hwy 99 north Squamish exit. reset tripmeter. head up Squamish Hwy approx. 40 km. Keep an eye out for Stawamas Chief parking lot. Pass the parking lot & take next right onto a dirt road. continue up & stay on the main dirt road. Follow the signs, you will cross a bridge 3.6 km down this road. Cross a second bridge at 8.5 km, take an immediate left after this bridge. go slow, drive safely!

when?

12 noon Friday. come early. set up camp & enjoy the outdoors while it's light out.

what else?

$10 per car before 9 pm, $20 after. Carpool and pay as low as $2/person. bad weather = party indoors.
