Just checked out the site myself and man is this show gonna be crazy people get your tickets quick as they will sell out quick I'm sure of it. Evolve team is doing one hell of a job in striving to make this event one to remember, so be a part of something in the making :)

kinda funny how tickets were 35 at the begining of the week and now there advertised for 50... .. pretty funny i tell ya.. i find it hard to believe they would jump so fast do to the fact the party is in june.

i dunno.. thats my 2 cents

Its called hype. Early bird tix for this show were released back in February. Evolve sold 100+ tix before the lineup and headliner were even announced. The fact that early bird $30 and $35 tix are sold out is the product of good promotion, nothing more. There are still cheap tix out there. I still have $40 tix available, if you're actually planning on attending this show. It just that some private sellers tend to sell out quicker and thus move up to the next price-point. I just suck at selling tickets, so I still have cheaper ones. Hope that answers your question/2 cents/whatever.

Tickets for this show are selling at an incredible rate, even we can't believe the response. We are very happy that we've got such amazing support, and we thank everyone for that! This party will definatly go off like no other!

Now to address your concerns..

Tickets are not at $50 dollars everywhere. There are still some $40 dollar tickets laying around at On Deck Records and Boomtown in Vancouver, and in Replay Boardshop in Abby. Some private ticket sellers also have $40 dollar tickets available still, however, as I mentioned above, tickets are selling at an incredible speed, but you can still get some cheap tix before the next price point is reached everywhere.

Funny you say that cuz my friend Alexis, and I actually bought tix @ $30 each... So they were out there... but I totally understand what dsldude said above, it all depends on hype and promotion... and it seems Evolve is doin a freakin good job of that!
