Age gaps between potential couples sometimes make things uncomfortable, but I think if both people can find an understanding inbetween, it's possible that it can work

The older person has to respect the fact that the younger one may have not had the same life experiences as they did... and the younger one has to learn to that the older one's expectations may be a little higher than their's.

It's all a matter of compromise. If the two want things to work out, and stay together... it is possible

the oldest I've ever gone with was a year and a half older than me...

I don't really go out of my way to date older guys, and I sure as well won't go out with a significantly older guy who *loves* the fact that I'm barely 18, but I just find that I click better with older men.

I've dated older and younger guys. I agree with some of the girls, 2-3 years is the max for me give or take. I prefer older men. :P True that age is just a number but I find that I basically can relate to experience and intelligence and maturity with the older guys in my life. Always looking for a learning experience

it all depends.... i think sometimes girls don' t realize that older guys just want them for sex. this may not be the case all the time, but from what i've seen..... it can work out that way.

however, older men can be super sexy.....

But going back on to topic. I hate it when I go out with older guys and they call me "YOUNG" pfft they're not so much older than me. Just cuz I wanna stay out late doesn't mean I'm YOUNG. *sighs* PLUS, this guy should be USE to being out late. Only time he's game is if there's hanky panky. :P Fortunately for me, this is what his "friend" says.

I don't understand the "older men only look to younger girls for sex" thing.

Generally speaking, girls my age are less likely to give it up than women their age, who have been 'around the block' a few more times.

I guess if the girl's a complete moron and the guy's the first person to pay any attention to her then she could be "taken advantage of", but for most girls with an iota of sense in their pretty little heads they won't let that happen.
