whenever I think of a significantly older guy, going out with a significantly younger teenage girl, I automatically think "big-loser-who-can't-get-with-someone-his-own-age".
the oldest I've ever gone with was a year and a half older than me... I don't think I'd go for more than 3 or 4 years older. but the age margin differs depending on whatever age I am... so who knows? --Joanne :P

I haven't dated a guy my age since high school. Older guys, the ones that are a few years older seem to have this ego where they think they are all that and a bag of Lays Potato Chips with salsa on the side. However, it's always amusing to crush those chips and turn them into little crums that not even the freshmen girls will date. The oldest I've dated was 4 years older, and youngest was same grade, 6 months younger. Personally I like someone that's a year or two older than me, but age is just a number.
I however, wouldn't date a guy younger than me, maybe when I'm a 40 year old cougar though...

i've been with an older guy... not too much to brag about the boy that i'm with now (he's like a month older then me...) all i can say is OH>>> MY GOD!!:kimmie: age -can- make a difference.....doesn't mean it will it all depends on the person but yeah.... i'd never go out with anyone younger then me i'd make an exception if they were really special but i ain't on the loose so i don't think that'll be happenin ANY time soon :027: Last edited by justa~gurl; Jul 28, 02 at 11:50 AM.

i would never go out with a younger guy..........its all about the ones who are anywhere from 1 to 4 years older........but no more then 4 cause that is kinda gross.............

I dunno why but I seem to have a thing for guys that are a lot older... I usually date guy that are older then me anyways!!But I dunno it seems the bigger the gap in age the better we get a long... But do you think I actually have a chance with an older guy? no.. But I'm not gonna go there!

im not saying they're bad, but there's always just that age difference gap and problems start from that. either partner would be uncomfortable about it..blah blah blah... im stickin to 2-3 years older than me now.

jovi...7 years?! dayme! my oldest would prob be 5 years older, i dont think i can handle a guy any older than that. kinda scary if any guy older than that would go for a lil 16 year old like me. theres problems involved there.
communication and maturity is a HUGE part.. i think im pretty mature for my age, but there are lil things with the age difference that make u uncomfortable...unless your in love. thats a different story.

Well I've gone out with a boy that was 6 years older than me, but that was waaay back. And it was a good relationship we had! It was to serious though.. but we had our fun and we talked a lot and everything... I don't exactly know why we broke up though... I think it was cause he was to busy with work... butyeha.. we had no problem at all!
talkin is a fucking huge part of it cause you obviously live diffrent lives! as for maturity.. I dont think it so much maturity that counts cause it takes longer for boys to mature! but its more so, if you know how to handel thing.. and if you know when to act mature... :) (I think thats what I'm trying to say) ugh... I could say more but I dont know how to put it into words!

i've dated a few older guys, i'm talking about like 8/9 years older than me (when i was 22, he was a really hot aussie boy!), it all depends on the guy, i found we got along really well, it's nice to have someone who is mature, responsible and who i can actually talk to and have good conversations with but who still likes to have fun. i don't like the overprotective thing though.
i usually find i'm attracted to the person before i know what their age is. kraig, out of curiosity, how old are you?
