E (ecstacy) is supposed to be referenced to MDMA which is one drug.

The stuff they call E here can be pure or a combination of just about anything the creator wants to use as filler.

jib = speed = crystal meth is one drug

Herion is one drug, so is cocaine and crack, however I doubt they are any better for you than MDMA or K.
