like premature babies. back in the 50's they used to put pure oxygen on them, not thinking it would cause anything. oops, too bad it kills your vision. thanks to that, my dad is blind in one eye. they used to do it, now they know to cover the eyes.

don't assume because it's used on humans it's safe.

let me enlighten you if you dont already know... its used on horses and other large animals as a tranquilizer
