Here's the problem with GHB

alot maybe MOST people are irresponsible with their drugs and don't follow the rules as closley as they should

for example......if someone takes E they shouldn't take another one.....but if you do most likley you'll be ok

If someone takes E and then mixes it with alcohol...also not a good thing to do...its more dangerous and dehydrates you 10 fold but most likely if you drink and do E you'll be ok.....its just not good for you

there's alot of other rules like above where people have died, but for the most part people do everyday with no harm

But GHB is a different story...You have to be responsible with it no matter what......there's no room for error...You mix with alcohol or have alcohol in your system prioir your fucked

as well if you decide to double dose you're also fucked...it sounds simple but when your ripped alot of time you just don't think of the consequences enough

so if you do it.....don't be stupid!! and don't let your firends be stupid..and NEVER pressure anyone into doing it

5 pages of posts and the only smart posts i see are coming from rytalin and soma's single post. ive been curious about ghb for a longggg time now, and have been way too lazy to read about facts. but from word of mouth heard that properly made ghb is actually beneficial and a body building/dieting drug. i find ghb a drug that all you kids got brainwashed to badmouth when you were in elementry/highschool. its just as bad as all that other shit you ravers take.....just becuase not a lot of you have touched it or encountered it and known as a "date rape" drug it is completely frowned upon. i personaly would rather see more informative posts here rather than "you suck and you're a trashy druggie" posts..cuz common kids... just because you havne't touched ghb, most of you have touched mdma. COMMON. if you dont want beki or other drug users to continue their habits...lets be nice and inform them some disgusting info on drugs.

try answering some of these questions...just to stay on topic.
-what is ghb really made out of?
-what catagory does ghb fall in..depressant?
-what does ghb do to your system during time of usage?
-what long term effects does ghb do to you?
-warnings?
-experiences?
-how much should be taken at one dosage?

and for those who are gonna tell me to look it up myself..fuck you. i am not trying to promote any type of drugs, but as a fellow raver ive been taught to be informed about the drugs i encounter, so lets stay on topic. like soma said... if you choose to do it responsibly...go you! if you pressure it to others in a stupid irresponsible way.... go die or something.

GBL + sodium hydroxide.

2 nasty chemikals mixed in the right way = a chemical that is theoretically beneficial for you.

I say theoretically cos, well 1st off almost no GHB is made totally perfect. there's usually not to much unreacted GBL in it, but almost always a small trace.

Also, while it may be good for your body, I find doing it for a few days in a row makes my brain alot slower in general. I stay in a great mood, I'm just temporarily stupid :)

probably... pretty sure it's a central nervous system depressant.

not exactly sure about everything... if impure, it can be rather hard on your liver though.

I find, as I said above, it makes me happy and stupid with regular usage :)

it is also rather habit forming, and potentially really addictive.

NO MIX WITH ALCOHOL!

probably a bad idea to mix it with any sorta depressants... painkillers and such...

good quality stuff usually has a 5 ml saturation dose.

by saturation I mean a stupidly g tarded dose, anymore than that and your in the G hole.

if your uncertain about your tolerance or the strength of a batch, test it at a friend's place, with friends you trust... basically in an environment where it won't be a big deal if you accidentally g hole and pass out for a few hours.

G holing is actually not as bad as people say it is.... basically what happens is you go to sleep for a few hours. You generally have no memory of it, you wake up, look at the time, and realize 'oops... I just gholed for a while'

bad thing to do at a party, cos of the unrousability...it can kinda freak people out :/ ....... but really not a big deal if your just with a couple friends at a house or something.

It's not particularily bad for you either.

If girls are worried about people putting g in their drinks I would suggest that they try tasting it. It has a pretty distinctive and icky flavour. Try mixing it in with your pop so you know what it tastes like diluted. You'll still be able to tell it's there and who knows, if someone tries to drug you maybe you'll recognize it before you pass out.

hm well that's not quite true. some friends of mine always drink when they do g, which is like every weekend, and they get away with it. one guy i know says he finds the effects too overwhelming without alcohol. quite frankly i do too.. but it's risky business and these dudes get real messy a lot. definately not recommended.. alcohol + g can make you look like an absolute fool and you have a big risk of passing out, then choking on your own vomit and dying.. which is the real danger of g
