All those little bottles you see at party's are not cough syrup, they're energy drinks like red bull - contains maybe 10x more of the ingrediant that gives you energy than red bulls sold in canada legally and is highly concentrated, that's how it fits into the little bottles) They are from asia (don't remember where) and very inexpensive to purchase there - I heard something like $.50 a bottle.

Certain cough syrup can get you high, but in this case I doubt that's what the little bottles were.
