do/would you pop @ the bar?
So Im at the bar last night talking to a buddy of mine and I notice that hes being overly speedy and trying to have a super indepth conversation about nothing. Well low and behold hes high as a kite on some new batch of e thats going around White Rock.
So this gets me thinking.... do other people pop at the bar? if so what kind of bar? (like on club nights or just top 40) and why and how often? (like only when headliners spin, or instead of alcohol every time you go)

in my humble opinion (THIS IS *MY* OPINION) to all those godamn critics that will probably say something. Ecstasy enhances the body, the spirit, and the mind. It makes you love everything, etc. etc. Well, I have a fixation with trance music. I will only pop when I know trance music will be played, and I will not pop if there's a headliner I really like for example, armin van buuren in respects to the DJ. I only take it to enhance my experience, not for the party, not for the high, not so I can stare around the room or hit on woman. If there was something legal in the world that gave me the same feeling I would take it. It should be only taken in certain circumstances and not abused, and it's a shame that it is taken by people like candy. I'll NEVER pop outside of a trance party. And I dont suggest anyone else do the same, it's damaging on the mind, and should definantly be taken in moderation. Anyone who does it at a bar obviously does it too much.

I guess I was more surprised than anything - its a top 40 bar
and it closes at 1:30. He kept asking me for hugs! He is no longer on my kinda cool aquantinces list.

I had an ex that used to pop every thursday and go to the Ozone. I didn't relaly think much of it becuse this was before I had ever done E, but now looking back on it I can't believe he did it that much, he would do 1-2 caps every thursday and then again on the weekends. Yuck! Why would you want to do E at a bar anyways?

i pop every now and then when i go to the club...but then again its the only "raver" club in vic and they always bring in some wikkid vic/van locals :D

Well... I only ever go out to the bar once in a while, on Sunday nights - The "Rave" night at the PR here in Nanaimo....
On occassion, I will pop. Maybe only once every couple of months, but it does happen. Usually depends on the DJ, and the people I am with. Other than that, I just drink.

I've been there once for a birthday party, and I couldn't believe how slutty it is. I mean I know some people exagerate and give Surrey a bad name, but the Ozone is what honestly gives it that reputation.
If you're a guy, single, and can afford to buy drinks, you'll have every sleazy skank , mark ass trick, husling hippo, zippa zingo, flippy nippy in town grabbing for the goods.

so i can have a GREAT night every once and awhile, and make the most of my $50 ticket, and enjoy the headliners...
Most people prefer smaller parties, but I really prefer massives, thats why I try and only pop then. I just like the feel of massives more, bein around thousands of people(and the setup is much more intense)

I did once at Pound (when it was at 7 Alexander) for my 20th birthday. I had a really good time that night because all my friends were there. Good music and good friends, and it wasn't sketchy at all.
I wouldn't do it at any bars now though.
