Well if you have had a bad experince with Rogers, you'd be saying the same about them.

Bell is the worst by far. They have the worst customer service. I have sold bell expressvu and as a retailer they are of no use, and the feedback I get from customers is pretty harsh.

No. It's pretty simple what your getting into.

I always explain that if you break the contract, that you have to pay I think either 20 or 40 bucks ( I don't have a contract in front of me, so I don't remember aka I was a raver and have poor memory) a month for every month left on the contract up to a max of $400. That's the fine print.

Pretty easy, no scamming here, I'm a really good guy

Everybody in the phone racket has poor customer service. Telus, however, has outright godawful customer service. I left them three years ago and haven't looked back. I admit I've had an issue or two with Rogers (Fido) but nothing ever on par with the headaches I had to deal with through Telus. Usually my issues with Fido have been one-off times. Just about every single time I called Telus to get something done I had to call back three times because they'd fuck something up or just plain not do anything I asked them to.

Telus has tons of good incentive deals to get you to move to their services - free computer with internet, free ipod, get $100 etc. But the only reason they have these deals is because that's the only way they can get business. I don't know of a single person who's ever moved to Telus because it provided better customer service.

It's not the only way they can get bussiness, but an agressive way to get your busssiness today (sales what!). Telus wants your bussiness very much.

It's not a matter of shit going wrong, it's a matter of frequency of shit going wrong.

Shit goes wrong in every telephone company. It's just a matter if it happens to you 75% of the time you contact them or only 25%.

Problem with Telus is that in order to get ahold of someone who's at least semi-competent you have to threaten to leave.

If a deal sounds too good to be true (as Telus' usually are) it probably is.

For the record, Bell ExpressVu and Bell Mobility are generally separate things. I honestly haven't heard anything but good things about Bell Mobility.

You also admittedly work in the cell phone field, so I'm certain you also hear similar stories about telus.

And no, you can't really do the piss and moan "Do you know who I am" to get a free berry with telus. You have to play that game just to get them to do what they said they'd do.

Telus' enterprise service is ineffective enough, and that's where they make their real money.
