Amazing Apartment need roomie for Apr 1!!

We have just locked down the most amazing apartment down by Melville and Bute. Its a 3BR on the 27th floor with an amazing view. The rent for the whole apartment is 2100$ per month, but since the third bedroom is smaller, we are willing to rent it out for 600$.

The building has a hot tub, pool, steam room, sauna, work out room, conference center!!

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, washing machines in suite, dishwasher and anything you could want.

Its me and my good friend.
Me: Vancouver party promoter, my buddy a grad student at UBC working on his thesis.

We would much prefer a female who is outgoing, fun and happy. We like to party, but are also very serious about our business.

If interested please pvt message me... im sure this room will not last long. Its an amazing deal for the location and the building.

2100!!!! geez thats expensive. I only pay 625 split between 3 ppl so I pay like 200...but that place sounds really really dope!!!

OMG, i'm moving to van on tuesday i'm staying witha friend at first till i find a job and all that kinda stuff, and this place sounds AMAZING!!!!!!!! but i highly doubt i can find a job paying enough in order to afford it :( and i dont think i could work that many hours and still have time for school.

thats pretty good for downtown, i paid $4500m for a two bedroom....and trust me it wasnt very big, but it was furnished very well

Ive looked at a lot of places downtown...600$ is a steal for a place like this, there is nothing cheaper downtown. yeah the room is like 3.5mX3.5m.
