I'm planning on moving out around october or novemeber too, except I just MIGHt stay in surrey but I'm looking more for new west or burnaby type of thing. I dont have a car so anything else is too far away from everything for me (unless the place is right near a skytrain).

I'm still contemplating whether I want a roomate or not and if the gender matters too much. Then again I might only be able to afford living with a roomate.
